Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architectures to support analytics, reporting, and data integration initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data models and architecture solutions.
Lead ETL/ELT processes using modern tools and frameworks such as DBT, Fivetran, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and similar platforms.
Oversee data modeling, data warehousing, and data quality initiatives using Snowflake and other cloud-based technologies.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met across all systems.
Partner with development teams to integrate data solutions with enterprise systems via MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or similar tools.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to data engineers and analysts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role with leadership responsibilities.
Strong proficiency in ETL/ELT design, data modeling, and data integration tools (DBT, Fivetran, ADF, MuleSoft, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
Must be based in or near New York City and available to work onsite up to 3 days per week.
