Role: Supply Chain - Warehouse Management
Bill Rate: $80/hour C2C
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term

Direct Client Requirement

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
Map business processes to Blue Yonder functionalities and recommend best practices.
Participate in business process design and identify workflow improvements.
Configure Blue Yonder SCPO demand, supply and order optimization
Develop functional specification documents for enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
Lead or support end-to-end implementations, including system upgrades and patch installations.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in the Blue Yonder applications.
Assist technical teams in resolving complex issues and optimizing system performance.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, test scripts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct workshops and provide training to end-users and team members.
