Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales, Ecommerce, and Operations to lead and facilitate SIOP to synchronize sales forecasts, inventory positioning, sourcing plans, and operational capacity across multiple DCs. Develop and optimize both short-term and long-term horizons across multiple channels and regions.
Develop and overhaul Supply Chain forecasting systems- improving and integrating demand and supply programs for holistic program management. Identify, report, and execute opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.
Manage regional demand planning, aligning stock levels to location based demand, order velocity, and cost-to-serve economics while minimizing freight and production costs. Integrate scenario planning for new launches, promotions, and seasonal surges; quantifying impacts on supply, production, sourcing, and logistics.
Analyze large datasets and develop predictive models to further improve replenishment strategies, service levels, minimize OOS and optimize working capital. Develop processes for balance sheet minimization via forecasting accuracy improvements and JIT purchasing and planning.
Oversee co-manufacturing production planning and scheduling volumes; collaborate with internal production planners to prevent stockouts and balance inventory. Develop redundancies for demand surges and capacity issues.
Lead strategic sourcing and purchasing initiatives: supplier selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, cost modeling, scorecards, and risk frameworks. Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders on ideal scenario development. Evaluate total landed cost and supplier tradeoffs to guide purchasing and deployment decisions.
Design, build, and maintain forecasting, purchasing, and supplier analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Excel/Sheets); monitor forecast accuracy, service levels, supplier performance, and spend. Establish reporting cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to communicate KPIs, revenue loss, inventory health, root causes, and corrective actions to leadership.
Be the primary stakeholder for ERP purchasing module implementation; document requirements, partner with IT, and ensure integration with supply chain planning and BI tools. Develop tools, spreadsheets and systems overall to support better Supply Chain outcomes.
Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or procurement/sourcing; CPG or multi-channel distribution environment preferred.
Proficiency with ERP, forecasting, and analytics platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of SIOP processes, demand/supply forecasting, and inventory optimization across regional DC networks.
Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, RFPs, and total landed cost analysis.
Proven ability to analyze demand trends, cost-to-serve models, and KPI performance to drive cost savings and service-level improvement.
Familiarity with co-manufacturing planning, JIT purchasing, and balance sheet optimization strategies.
Track record of building forecasting/purchasing dashboards and improving supply chain systems and processes.
Effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of aligning Sales, Ecommerce, Operations, and Procurement teams.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced, multi-node, multi-channel supply chain environment.
